Candles are classic when it comes to decorating. But as they become more popular, we candlemakers can get more creative! My candle decorations and favors can be custom-made to your specifications. They can be dyed according to your color scheme, molded into just about any shape you have in mind, and scented with any fragrance from the regular line (or if you have an idea for a certain fragrance, I will do my best to find it for you). I can also recommend scents!
A few ideas:
- For a fall wedding, fill organza drawstring bags - in your color scheme - with candle tarts shaped and scented like pumpkins or autumn leaves and leave them at your guests' place settings.
- For a baby shower, give out favors of candles poured into baby-food jars and scented with Baby Powder or Sweet Pea (or anything else you have in mind). I can even design a custom label!
- For a winter wedding, get clear quartz chips and make a layer on the bottom of a glass bowl. Fill the bowl with water and add snowflake-shaped floating candles, along with some winter blossoms, to make a festive centerpiece.
- Organza drawstring bags are also great when handing out votives as favors! They make an adorable little package, especially when they are colored to match your scheme and the votive is scented with a fragrance specially chosen for your event. This is one of the most popular choices for favors.
